Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

These Terms of Service cover the Discord bots Uno!, VivaBot Vegas, Skip-Bo, GrowMate, HexaGuess and Phase 10 by Whiskey Bots ("the Bots", "we", "us" or "our"). By using any of the Bots in a Discord server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Bots.

AuthentiGate is also made by Whiskey Bots, but these terms do not cover it. It has its own Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable use

Use the Bots lawfully, respectfully and in line with these terms. The Bots are made to give Discord users a fun and competitive gaming environment. Do not use them for anything that infringes the rights of others or stops others from enjoying the Bots. Exploiting bugs, manipulating game state, or otherwise trying to gain an unfair advantage over other players is not allowed.

2. Privacy

We value your privacy. The Bots collect only the minimal data they need to work, such as server (guild) IDs to identify servers and user IDs for leaderboards. Our Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of every page, explains what we store and why.

3. Purchases

VivaBot Vegas is free to play, with optional purchases in its /shop: coin packs and booster subscriptions.

• Virtual items. Coins and boosters are virtual items for use inside VivaBot Vegas. They have no real-world cash value, can't be redeemed for money, and can't be transferred or sold outside the bot.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions. Booster subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you need help cancelling, ask in our support server.
• Refunds. All purchases, including coins, boosters and subscriptions, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it doesn't refund the current period.

4. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time as we update and improve the Bots. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

5. Intellectual property

The Bots and everything related to them, including their software, code, interfaces and graphics, are the property of their creators.

Whiskey Bots is an independent project and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mattel. UNO, SKIP-BO and Phase 10 are trademarks of Mattel.

6. Termination of use

We may end or restrict access to the Bots for any user who breaks these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Bots are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, or that games in progress can always be recovered. The creators of the Bots are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Bots.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection law gives you rights that can't be waived.
